Before you can feel it…Thermal Imaging can see it!
Medical infrared Imaging is the earliest method of breast cancer detection known. Digital infrared thermal imaging (DITI) has been used for many any years by the military to assist in “seeing below the surface where the human eye cannot see”. In 1982 the FDA approved thermography as a useful diagnostic tool. Since 1987 the American Medical Associations council on Scientific Affairs, the ACA Council on Diagnostic Imaging and in 1988, the Congress of Neurosurgeons and in 1990, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation have all recognized DITI as a valuable diagnostic tool.
Radiation free thermography saves lives! Thermography can detect cancer in it’s earlier stages 8-10 years before a mammogram! Thermography identifies precursors to cancer and what “feeds” the tumor. For more information on Thermography, check out the videos below:
