We’re Giving Away $100 of our services.

This can be your TREAT in our 1st ever HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST!

Get Your Spooktacular Costumes on and Fly Over to our office during office hours of 9:00-6:00 pm on Friday, October 31st, 2014!

 

Everyone loves dressing up for Halloween! So do we! So we are! And, if you have the “spirit” within you to dress up in your cute costumes, your scary costumes, your spooky, funny, homemade, store-bought, last-minute costumes and do your thing this Halloween – we have a trick or treat or two up our sleeves for you, so even the grown-ups can get in on the fun!

 

Here’s The Scoop….

 

1.  Get a head start: Before the “witching hour” sets in on Halloween, “Like” our Facebook Page:

 https://www.facebook.com/dririsrosenfeld so we can tag you in your picture.

2.  Come to Rosenfeld Wellness Center on Friday, October 31st during regular office hours of 9:00-6:00 pm

3.  Get your spine-tingling picture taken (Say Spooky!).

Your picture will be posted on our Facebook page for all to see (and like!)

4.  Then, “Share” the link to your picture with your friends on Facebook and ask them to like it to improve your chances of winning! (Work those votes!)

5.  This contest is open to OUR PATIENTS, NEW PATIENTS, FRIENDS and THEIR FAMILIES.

In other words – ANY GROWN-UP who likes to have some fun!

6.  The person who receives the most unique “likes” on their spooktacular facebook photo by 9pm, Wednesday November 5th  WINS $100 OF SERVICES AT OUR OFFICE!

7.  DON’T DO FACEBOOK?  JUST STOP IN DURING THE ABOVE HOURS IN YOUR COSTUME AND YOU WILL STILL BE A PART OF THIS CONTEST!
