DASHING WITH A STRONG IMMUNE SYSTEM Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough/sneeze, and throw away the tissue. Wash your hands and lather up for 30 seconds – several times a day. Use soap or disinfectant spray on doorknobs, telephones, computers, and keyboards. Don’t touch your face, especially your eyes, nose or mouth. Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night so your body can rest. Take a walk outdoors 30-60 minutes a day. Laughter increases the number and activity of antibodies. Take 10 deep breaths three times a day. Take a bubble bath or shower with eucalyptus oil to help you breathe easier. For shower, put on the walls. Avoid milk, yogurt, cheese, sugar, fried foods as well as foods that give you gas/bloating.
